Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Reconcile stock levels with system data.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report on inventory accuracy.
- Identify and report damaged or expired stock.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Support logistics team with inventory-related inquiries.
- May involve lifting of inventory items up to 30 lbs.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
