Join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in Orlando, Florida! We're looking for detail-oriented and efficient individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick products from warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment. This role is essential to our logistics chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will utilize handheld scanners and follow specific picking instructions. We maintain a strong focus on workplace Safety, and all employees are required to adhere to our safety policies and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including walking, bending, reaching, and occasional Lifting. - Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners to identify products and confirm picks.
- Verify picked items against order documentation.
- Package items securely and safely for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Experience with RF scanning technology is beneficial.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
- Must wear assigned PPE.
