- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and cycle counting.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations, including the use of required PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and inventory management principles.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
