Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory locations according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and condition.
- Package a variety of items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Label packages correctly for domestic and international shipments.
- Stage orders for pickup by shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies, especially those concerning safety and the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets and support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding and adherence to safety procedures and the wearing of required PPE.
