We invite qualified attorneys who share our commitment to excellence, client advocacy, and continuous improvement to apply for the *Associate & Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney *role.
We are currently seeking skilled Personal Injury Attorneys to join our pre-litigation team. This position is based out of our Newport Beach office and offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership on complex, high-value cases. Candidates must have prior personal injury experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters through settlement.
* Evaluate case value, liability, and treatment to develop case strategy and maximize client recovery.
* Maintain consistent communication with clients.
* Review demand letters, settlement proposals, and related documentation.
* Collaborate with case managers, medical records teams, and supervising attorneys to ensure files progress efficiently.
* Monitor treatment progress and guide clients through the pre-litigation process.
* Identify and escalate files that require litigation for optimal handling.
* Provide exceptional client service and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all case stages.
*Qualifications:*
* Active California Bar license in good standing.
* Minimum of 1 year of personal injury litigation experience required.
* Exceptional communication, analytical, and research skills.
* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Strong client service orientation and team mentality.
* Bilingual and/or multi-state licensure is a plus.
*Compensation & Benefits:*
* Starting salary of $140,000+, commensurate with experience and performance.
* Performance-based bonuses and long-term earning potential through a fee-sharing structure.
