Experienced Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for those who have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and are dedicated to providing outstanding service.

• This position involves preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized and clean work environment, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
• You will also assist with managing kitchen inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

• You will ensure accurate portion sizes and presentation of dishes to meet both quality standards and customer expectations.
• Safely operating various kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, flattops, soup kettles, slicers, robo-coupes, and immersion blenders, is a key part of this role.
• You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and effective communication during food service.

• A culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Three years of experience in food preparation is required.
• ServSafe or similar food safety course certification is highly recommended.
