Executive Pastry Chef

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production of high-quality pastry products in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include scaling, mixing, sheeting, shaping, proofing, frying, and baking.

Required qualifications include at least 1 year of cooking experience, formal education in culinary arts or pastry making, fundamental knowledge of food preparation and techniques, and California Food Handler's certification.
