Our business is growing, and we're looking for a creative, driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee our brokerage-wide marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, in-office position ideal for a creative professional who also thrives on organization, strategy and process-building.

Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will lead our digital presence, manage marketing initiatives, and support our agents with personal branding and content strategy. This role will also oversee print marketing and internal advertising as part of our long-term growth plan.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Build and execute a full-year marketing strategy and content calendar.
  • Create engaging campaigns, reels, ads, and storytelling content that elevates our brand.
  • Work one-on-one to enhance personal branding and posting consistency.
  • Act as in-house marketing resource and creative support
  • Plan yearly workflow calendar and assist with event coordination

Print & Internal Advertising Campaigns

  • Oversee all print marketing campaigns (Spring mailout, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
  • Manage eblast campaigns.
  • Bring fresh, creative marketing ideas
  • Build out a full-scale marketing & print division as our business continues to grow.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain brand consistency and improve workflows.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to create repeatable systems and workflows
  • Comfortable working in-office and on-site

WORK STRUCTURE & COMPENSATION

  • Full-Time Position
  • 6–8 hours per day in-office and on-site as needed
  • Pay: based on experience
  • Long-term opportunity to build and lead our marketing division
