Le Specialità is a renowned Milanese trattoria bringing over 40 years of Italian culinary tradition to Miami's Design District. Our kitchen focuses on handmade pastas, traditional Italian sauces, and simple, high-quality ingredients executed with precision and pride.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pasta Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience preparing fresh pasta and classic Italian dishes, who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining consistency and quality.

  Prepare fresh, house-made pastas according to established recipes and standards

• 
  

  Execute pasta dishes during service with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

• 
  

  Prepare sauces, stocks, and mise en place daily

• 
  

  Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards

• 
  

  Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures

• 
  

  Assist with prep, inventory rotation, and station organization

• 
  

  Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service

• 
  

  Previous experience as a pasta cook or line cook (Italian cuisine preferred)

• 
  

  Knowledge of fresh pasta techniques and classic Italian sauces

• 
  

  Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen

• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

  Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  Food handler's certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
