Perinatal Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled RN to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients.

• Coordinate and provide ongoing patient support, oversight and education related to perinatal access.
• Serve as primary patient contact for Special Delivery patients.
• Facilitate coordination of genetic counseling appointments and flow of information between internal and referring providers, clerical staff, and contracted vendor.
