*Compensation & Benefits*
* *Expected Annual Earnings:* *$250,000–$300,000+*
* *Base Salary:* *$150,000 guaranteed for contract period*
* *Compensation Structure:* Tiered *% of collections*
* Up to $40,000: *30%*
* $40,000.01–$50,000: *32.5%*
* Above $50,000: *35%*
* *CE Allowance:* Up to *$3,000* (matched for CE)
* *Professional Liability Insurance:* Covered by the practice
* *PTO:* *8 days* after 1 year of employment
* *Schedule:*
* *Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.*
* (190 working days per year)

Join a rapidly expanding private practice with *six existing locations and more planned*. This is an exceptional role for a dentist who wants:
* *Direct mentorship in all aspects of dentistry*, including endodontics, surgery, grafting, and implant placement

*Clinical Scope:* Bread-and-butter dentistry including crown and bridge and removable prosthodontics, with pathways to learn advanced procedures depending on your goals.
