Tasks Your Mission As our UK Sales Head you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in the UK market. You’ll build and lead a high‑performing local sales team, develop strategic partnerships and deliver compelling demos that showcase the power of Ninox’s low‑code platform. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on execution, growth and customer success.
What You’ll Do
Build, lead and scale a top‑tier UK sales team with a strong performance culture
Deliver engaging product demos with a solid technical understanding of business applications
Position Ninox to executive‑level decision‑makers with a focus on mid‑market and enterprise clients
Drive new business with a hunter mentality and leverage your extensive UK network
Recruit, onboard and manage high‑potential partners and system integrators
Collaborate closely with International Marketing to plan and execute demand‑generation activities
Set, track and exceed KPIs and sales targets with a hands‑on approach
Foster long‑term customer relationships, upsell opportunities and retention strategies
Requirements What You Bring
Proven track record in building and managing successful UK sales teams
Strong technical mindset and demo delivery skills
Experience selling business applications to executive personas, ideally with low‑code exposure
Deep network in the UK mid‑market and enterprise space
Expertise in partner / channel development and indirect sales strategies
Familiarity with demand‑generation and marketing collaboration
Data‑driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and execution
Passion for customer success and long‑term relationship building
