About the Role
As a
Sales Specialist
, you'll be engaging with shoppers inside retail locations, introducing them to a premium in-store benefits program designed to enhance their shopping experience. Your role is to start conversations, build rapport, explain the perks with clarity, and help customers take advantage of the offering.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, wants consistent growth, and thrives in an energetic, people-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers directly in retail settings and introduce them to a high-value in-store rewards option
- Use clear, friendly communication to highlight key features and benefits
- Answer customer questions confidently while creating a positive, supportive experience
- Maintain a polished, professional presence while representing a respected Fortune 500 brand
- Assist with in-store promotional setup to ensure displays and materials are organized and inviting
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly sales goals
- Participate in regular training to strengthen your product knowledge and sales technique
Who You Are
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations
- Strong communicator with a confident, approachable demeanor
- Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful — but not required
- Open to learning, being coached, and working full-time in person
- Motivated by goals and excited about career advancement
