We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager/Project Lead to support a major digital health interoperability initiative. This role involves coordinating complex stakeholder engagements, supporting standards implementation, and ensuring key project deliverables are met within a highly collaborative environment.

Must haves:

7+ years of experience applying Project Management principles to lead and deliver electronic health–related projects, including deployment of clinical software systems; strong expertise in defining project goals, managing risks and scope, clarifying participant roles, and overseeing planning and quality management activities.

7+ years of demonstrated excellence in communication (both verbal and written) with proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across clinical, technical, and administrative groups.

7+ years of experience in vendor management , balancing competing priorities while maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment to expectations, and holding partners accountable for delivering project outcomes on time and within scope.

7+ years of experience managing tight deadlines with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent progress toward milestones.
