We are looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our distribution center, contributing to the timely and accurate processing of orders. Responsibilities include picking and packing items, loading and unloading shipments, and performing general warehouse duties. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all employees are required to adhere to company policies and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular physical activity, including frequent Lifting of goods, so a good level of stamina is required. You will be a key part of our logistics team, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring efficient use of space.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and maintain required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with logistics operations.
