What You'll Be Doing Conducting comprehensive home inspections (from attic to crawl space) Building trust by clearly explaining findings and recommending optimal treatment options. Closing sales by highlighting the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services. Managing appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad. Working independently, prioritizing your schedule, and maximizing leads and self-generated opportunities. Representing Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity every step of the way. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to use a ladder safely within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed, including an OSHA-compliant respirator.
