Our dynamic distribution center in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking energetic Distribution Center Associates to join our team. This role is foundational to our entire supply chain, ensuring efficient handling of goods from arrival to departure. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification provided if needed). We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols is mandatory. This includes the consistent use of required PPE , such as safety glasses and vests. The position demands physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is advantageous. Responsibilities include: Receiving and verifying incoming merchandise. Stocking products in designated warehouse locations. Accurately picking and fulfilling customer orders. Packing products securely for shipment. Preparing shipments for outgoing carriers. Operating warehouse machinery safely. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Following all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE . Contributing to overall team goals and efficiency in our Logistics operations.
