Your Responsibilities: As a Sales Inspector, your daily duties will include: Conducting comprehensive home inspections, from attics to crawl spaces. Building rapport by clearly explaining your findings and recommending tailored treatment options. Closing sales by highlighting the value, protection, and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services. Managing your appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad. Working independently while effectively prioritizing your schedule and generating opportunities. Representing Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and unwavering integrity throughout the sales process. No prior pest control experience necessary; we will teach you everything you need to know. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Willingness to access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc. Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including the potential for an OSHA-compliant respirator.
