Lead Sales Operations Analyst
plays a crucial role in streamlining operational and administrative workflows for New Partnerships and Partnership Management (Sales). This position is vital for executing and refining key operational strategies as outlined by Sales Operations leadership. It necessitates a high level of collaboration across various departments, along with in-depth expertise in departmental tools, processes, and best practices. A primary responsibility of this role includes the ongoing management and configuration of Salesforce as it pertains to Sales, while also serving as the key liaison between Sales and other essential business partners such as Legal, Finance, and Marketing. Hybrid Work Model:
This role involves coming together in a Central & Eastern Time Zone office eight days a month, fostering valuable connections with coworkers. You will report to the Director of Sales Operations and work closely with the Vice President, Sales Operations. This role is within the FCC | HQ SCOE - CS / C T Corporation System. Eligibility:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. Required Qualifications (minimum 3+ years): Experience : At least 3 years in Sales Operations within medium to large enterprises, focusing on developing and implementing operational procedures in complex environments. Industry Knowledge : Professional experience in software development and services. Salesforce Expertise : Skills in developing and maintaining KPI and sales productivity dashboards in Salesforce. Education : A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred. Preferred Qualifications (minimum 3+ years): A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Legal/Compliance industry is preferred. Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Strong reliability and deadline orientation. Ability to analyze data to identify anomalies and recommend corrective actions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve Sales Operations objectives. Detail-oriented, critical thinking skills with minimal supervision. Creative problem-solving abilities. A passion for the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Operational: Assist in account transfers and quota adjustments. Optimize territory assignments and provide input for annual reviews. Create and communicate new processes to the sales team. Identify targets within market sub-segments for sales opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing on the Lead Maturation process. Streamline manual processes and drive cross-functional efficiencies. Maintain all sales documentation related to Partnerships. Collaborate with finance on pricing and revenue-related modeling. Provide general sales support as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. CRM Administration: Oversee sales automation policies and ensure data integrity in Salesforce.com. Manage sales processes and change management within Salesforce.com. Implement new Salesforce functionality, driving efficiencies and improvements. Train users on Salesforce operational functions. Onboard and train new sales team members on Salesforce. Coordinate data loads into Salesforce for accuracy and timeliness. Reporting: Deliver ad hoc reports for sales management. Assist in creating Tableau and Power BI dashboards to meet business needs. Analyze and report on the health of the sales pipeline. Create standardized pipeline reports for accuracy. Other duties may apply as necessary. Compensation and Benefits:
