Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Valet Attendant . In this role, you will help create a positive and seamless experience for our valued customers. Your warm and professional demeanor, combined with your strong organizational skills, will help ensure the safe and efficient operation of our parking services. Work collaboratively to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the parking lot, maintaining traffic flow and safety protocols. Responsibly handle and park customers' vehicles, ensuring their safety and security while in our care. Maintain meticulous and accurate written records of all transactions, including vehicle check-in and check-out details. Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the valet area, creating a welcoming and orderly environment for both customers and staff. Arrange taxi or transportation services promptly upon request, ensuring customers' convenience and satisfaction. Prioritize safety by clearing customer vehicles of snow and ice, ensuring a safe and smooth departure experience. Requirements: Must be bilingual and at least 18 years old. Possess a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident. Capable of standing for the duration of the shift. Previous experience in a similar environment is an asset but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Must have a valid Quebec driver s license and a clean driving record. Proficient in driving both automatic and manual vehicles. Travailler en collaboration pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et la s curit du stationnement, en maintenant le flux de circulation et les protocoles de s curit . Manipuler et garer les v hicules des clients avec responsabilit , en garantissant leur s curit et leur protection pendant leur s jour. Tenir des registres crits m ticuleux et pr cis de toutes les transactions, y compris les d tails de l'arriv e et du d part des v hicules. Maintenir la propret et l'organisation de la zone de valet, cr ant un environnement accueillant et ordonn tant pour les clients que pour le personnel. Organiser rapidement des services de taxi ou de transport sur demande, garantissant la commodit et la satisfaction des clients. Prioriser la s curit en d gageant les v hicules des clients de la neige et de la glace, assurant ainsi un d part en toute s curit et en douceur. Exigences : tre bilingue et avoir 18 ans ou plus. Avoir un permis de travail valide ou tre r sident canadien. tre capable de travailler debout pendant toute la dur e du quart de travail. Une exp rience ant rieure dans un environnement similaire est un atout mais n'est pas obligatoire. Solides comp tences en mati re d'organisation et de gestion du temps. Doit poss der un permis de conduire valide du Qu bec et un dossier de conduite impeccable. Doit tre capable de conduire des v hicules automatiques et manuels.
