*The Role: Own the Complete Client Journey*
We're seeking a Technical Project Manager (internal title: AI Solutions Manager) to own the entire client experience from technical consultation through successful implementation. You'll be the critical bridge between clients and our technical team conducting discovery sessions, designing AI solutions that close deals, managing implementation delivery, and ensuring every project goes live successfully.
This role combines technical expertise, project management, and client relationship skills. You'll manage multiple active clients simultaneously using the Scrum framework, splitting your time between consultation discovery and active implementation.
*What You'll Do*
Consultation & Discovery
* Lead deep dive sessions to map workflows, identify pain points, and discover AI automation opportunities
* Design AI workforce blueprints with technical architecture and calculate ROI projections
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate on sales presentations
Implementation Delivery & Client Management
* Serve as primary client contact from sale close through go-live
* Create and maintain project plans in Jira (run sprints, standups, and retrospectives)
* Brief AI Solutions Engineers with clear requirements while shielding them from distractions
* Manage expectations, timelines, scope, and client satisfaction throughout delivery
* Facilitate milestone demos, training sessions, and guide clients through go-live
Quality Assurance & Testing
* Execute end-to-end testing of all workflows before demos, including edge cases
* Validate integrations, APIs, and data flows
* Document bugs and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
Documentation & Growth
* Create solution documentation and build internal knowledge base
* Track client health metrics and identify upsell opportunities
*What We're Looking For*
Technical Skills
* AI/LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of AI capabilities and practical business applications
* Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Make.com, n8n, Relevance AI, Zapier, or similar)
* Technical Foundation: Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and scripting (Python or JavaScript)
* Process Design: Strong workflow design and process mapping abilities
* Testing Mindset: Systematic QA approach with attention to detail
Project Management
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (or strong willingness to learn)
* Proficiency with Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
* Proven track record managing multiple simultaneous projects
* History of on-time, in-scope delivery
* Ability to break complex problems into actionable tasks
* Proactive risk identification and mitigation skills
Client Management
* Comfortable leading technical discovery sessions with business stakeholders
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Strong relationship building and trust development
