*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing various civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires proficiency in project management and technical skills to oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion.
*Duties*
* Develop and design civil engineering projects including infrastructure, transportation systems, and water treatment facilities.
* Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Revit for drafting and design purposes.
* Conduct project scheduling and manage timelines effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
* Perform construction management tasks including site inspections, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate GIS data and create schematics for project planning.
* Prepare construction estimates and budgets while analyzing costs associated with materials and labor.
* Engage in technical writing to produce clear documentation for project proposals, reports, and specifications.
* Conduct geotechnical engineering assessments to evaluate soil conditions for construction projects.
* Implement hydraulic modeling using HEC-RAS or SWMM for water resource management projects.
* Oversee land surveying activities to establish accurate site layouts and boundaries.
*Experience*
Candidates should possess a strong background in civil engineering principles with experience in the following areas:
* Project management techniques including scheduling and resource allocation.
* Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcGIS.
* Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost analysis.
* Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles as they relate to civil systems design.
* Experience in drafting technical documents that communicate complex information effectively.
* Understanding of pipeline systems, wastewater treatment processes, and water treatment methodologies.
* Ability to apply mathematical concepts using tools like Mathcad for engineering calculations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $71,669.66 - $90,000.00 per year
