We are building the next generation of Gen AI platform, empowering new AI initiatives across Consumer, Small Business, Global Banking, and Wealth organizations. This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical platform that enables secure, scalable, and high?performance AI capabilities across the organization. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of whats possible with AI. This position focuses on design, build, and serve the Gen AI inferencing capabilities. It is responsible for defining and leading the engineering approach for complex features to deliver significant business outcomes, including delivering complex features and technology, enabling development efficiencies, providing technical thought leadership, and applying depth and breadth in multiple technical competencies. The role is accountable for end?to?end solution design and delivery. Responsibilities
Ensures that the design and engineering approach for complex features is consistent with the larger portfolio solution. Accountable for availability, stability, scalability, security, and recoverability enabled by the designs. Define the technology tool stack for the solution and evaluate/adapt new testing tools/frameworks/practices for teams. Enable teams/applications with CI/CD capabilities and engage with other technical stakeholders for efficient CI/CD operations. Guide and influence teams on design and best practices for high code performance (e.g., pairing, code reviews). Provide end?to?end delivery of complex features, including automation, for one or more teams at the program level. Conduct research, design prototyping, and exploration activities such as evaluating new toolsets and components for release management, CI/CD, and features. Work with stakeholders to establish high?level solution needs and with architects for technical requirements. Communicate effectively with all levels within the organization to support and shape the platform and articulate technical designs and concepts. Design and execute implementation plans that advance strategic goals while ensuring the current technology stack supports current needs. Manage multiple priorities and engage with multiple teams worldwide. Coach and mentor team members. Required qualifications
10+ years of experience designing and delivering AI, ML, data platform, and advanced analytics platforms using open source technologies in a large enterprise environment. Experience with emerging technologies such as GenAI (public and open source), MCP, Agents, AI BI, etc. Hands?on experience with data science, big data, cloud, and governance technologies. Experience architecting next?generation AI analytical product delivery with self?service interfaces for all levels of users. Proven track record in data, analytics, insight, and AI/ML platforms supporting multiple business units. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software frameworks using open?source technologies (e.g., Python, Spark, Jupyter, FastAPI, LabelStud.io, Ragas, etc.). Strong understanding of metadata management, semantic layers, labeling, and annotations to enable AI BI, MCP, Agents, and Data Assistants. Experience with open?source and cloud models for AI BI, summarization, model tuning, and deployment for higher throughput, lower latency, and cost optimization. Experience building RAG with knowledge bases, data sources, and vector store platforms (e.g., Redis, Solr, Postgres, FAISS, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop, etc.). Hands?on experience building RAG, RAG Fusion, CAG, etc. Experience with inference metrics and related monitoring/observability. Experience serving multiple tenants/clients with secure model endpoints. Experience with AI gateway, OPA, authentication/authorization, policy as code, API?based systems integration, cost management, and model routing. Desired Qualifications
Experience developing Gen AI training and RAG platforms with open?source models, inferencing and servicing capabilities, MCP modules, etc. Hands?on experience driving and maintaining a culture of quality, innovation, and experimentation. Research on new tools and capabilities for better UI/UX for an advanced analytics platform, quick prototyping, and demonstrations, and participation in user forums. Skills
