We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Massage Therapist to join our medical spa team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a relaxing environment.
*Duties*
* Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address patient-specific needs.
* Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions and goals.
* Deliver therapeutic treatments aimed at pain management, muscle relaxation, and improving mobility.
* Educate patients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing therapy or lifestyle adjustments as needed.
* Maintain detailed documentation of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients, adhering to occupational health standards.
* Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with certification from an accredited program.
* Prior experience in a medical spa or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
* Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
* Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
