We are looking for a motivated Picker/Packer to join our thriving warehouse team in Austin, Texas! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and ensuring they are securely packaged for shipment. This position is a cornerstone of our fulfillment process and integral to our Logistics success. - Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists or RF scanner prompts.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items, quantities, and product details.
- Package selected items securely and appropriately for transit, using designated materials.
- Ensure all packages are labeled correctly and prepared for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist in maintaining overall warehouse orderliness.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or issues to a supervisor promptly.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to achieving team picking and packing performance goals.
