We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, and preparing goods for shipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be working with a variety of products and equipment, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse setting, but we are willing to train dedicated individuals. Key Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report any issues.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper material handling techniques.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and quality control.
- Ensure all required PPE is worn at all times while on the warehouse floor.
