We are hiring dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our vibrant team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. Responsibilities:
- Accept and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately pick items from designated locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage orders for outgoing transport.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace, free from hazards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and scanners.
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counting.
- Follow all company policies and safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in basic reading, writing, and arithmetic.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Awareness of safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
