Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products from warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compliance with all safety regulations and use of mandated PPE is required.
