We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our Logistics department in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. Key duties include conducting cycle counts, performing physical inventories, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and implementing inventory control procedures. You will work closely with warehouse associates and management to ensure stock levels are accurate and optimize inventory turnover. Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment is a crucial aspect of this role, requiring adherence to all Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE. While this role may not involve heavy manual labor, some occasional Lifting may be required. Experience with inventory management software and a strong understanding of warehouse Logistics are essential. You should possess excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
