We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our Los Angeles, California facility. This pivotal role involves leading and managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a strong understanding of Logistics principles, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to all company policies and Safety regulations. This includes providing guidance, setting performance expectations, and conducting regular team meetings. Daily tasks will involve coordinating workflows, optimizing space utilization, and managing inventory levels. The ability to handle moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs) is a requirement for this position. Ensuring the proper and consistent use of PPE by all team members is a top priority. You will play a key role in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in warehouse supervision, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Logistics setting.
