We are seeking an energetic and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. A strong focus on accuracy, speed, and safety is essential. You will be part of a dynamic logistics team, working collaboratively to meet operational targets. We provide a safe working environment and expect all team members to actively participate in maintaining it, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas efficiently.
- Pick items according to order specifications.
- Pack products securely for shipping.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE in all required areas.
- Regularly engage in lifting and moving materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety protocols and PPE requirements.
