Become a key player in our Chicago, Illinois logistics hub as a Fulfillment Associate. This position is fundamental to our ability to deliver products to customers on time and in perfect condition. You will be involved in all stages of the fulfillment process, from managing incoming goods to dispatching completed orders. We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a team environment and are committed to operational excellence. This role requires significant physical activity, including frequent lifting and movement. Your contribution is vital to the smooth functioning of our supply chain. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store inventory.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Process and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Champion a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is advantageous. Must be able to handle frequent lifting up to 50 pounds. A strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to follow instructions are essential. This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in the logistics industry.
