We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Sacramento, California. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations and requires a strong commitment to safety and accuracy. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a combination of manual methods and scanning technology to locate and gather items. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to meeting performance targets. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. You will also be responsible for ensuring the proper handling of goods to prevent damage. Our company prioritizes the well-being of its employees, and we provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and update order statuses.
- Repackage items as needed for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate proficiency in safe Lifting techniques.
