We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of our logistics chain. Tasks may include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. We need reliable individuals who are committed to accuracy and safety. Your role is crucial in ensuring that products are handled efficiently and correctly from arrival to departure. We offer a structured and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming goods, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Support the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics and operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
