We are hiring an Inventory Clerk for our Las Vegas, Nevada facility. This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, supporting seamless logistics operations. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting with inventory management systems. A strong understanding of inventory control principles, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock or overstock situations.
- Receive and put away incoming stock, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Track and manage returned goods, processing them back into inventory or dispositioning them as required.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation as it relates to inventory.
- Ensure the organized and efficient storage of all inventory items.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the overall efficiency and accuracy of the logistics supply chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols.
