We are looking for energetic Picker/Packers to join our vibrant team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders. You will navigate our warehouse, select items based on order details, and prepare them for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining a safe workspace. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle regular Lifting. Your dedication to precision and efficiency will be key to our success in meeting customer demands.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and interpret picking orders accurately from the system or supervisor.
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Verify that picked items match the order specifications in terms of product, quantity, and quality.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, using provided materials.
- Ensure orders are accurately labeled and staged for timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities as assigned.
- Operate scanning equipment and assist with basic inventory management tasks.
- Perform duties that involve consistent Lifting of items up to 35 pounds.
- Wear and utilize required PPE throughout the shift.
- Support overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and inventory labels.
- Capacity for consistent physical activity, including moderate Lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
