This is a versatile role where you will contribute to various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a key player in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility, supporting our commitment to timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Perform various warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors and adhere to company policies.
- Prioritize safety in all tasks, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to lifting guidelines.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to a safe working environment and proper PPE usage.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
