Inventory Control Specialist

Seeking a meticulous and analytical Inventory Control Specialist for our Nashville, Tennessee location! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include cycle counting, investigating discrepancies, reconciling stock levels, and implementing inventory control procedures. This position is critical to our logistics and supply chain management, ensuring that we have the right stock at the right time. We are committed to a safe and secure working environment, and adherence to all Safety guidelines is paramount. You will be provided with appropriate PPE for warehouse activities. • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Reconcile inventory records with physical stock.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Generate inventory reports for management.
• Ensure the organization and accuracy of warehouse stock.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform tasks involving occasional Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
• Willingness to wear appropriate PPE as needed.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
