Picker/Packer

We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our facility in Omaha, Nebraska! This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team and play a key role in our fulfillment process. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory and efficiently packing them for shipment to our valued customers. Your attention to detail and speed are critical to maintaining our high standards of service. This position is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time. We maintain a strong focus on workplace Safety and provide all necessary PPE to our employees. You'll work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our warehouse. • Accurately pick products from designated locations based on order tickets.
• Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
• Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.

• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is desirable.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Capability of Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with warehouse environments and logistics processes.
• Willingness to utilize required PPE .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
