You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing processes to improve inventory accuracy. This position requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will champion Safety within the inventory control processes, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously. While not primarily a manual labor role, some Lifting may be required, and adherence to PPE guidelines is mandatory. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
  • Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety regulations related to inventory storage and handling.
  • Proper use of PPE when performing tasks that involve potential hazards.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away processes, which may include some Lifting.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
