This position requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will champion Safety within the inventory control processes, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously. While not primarily a manual labor role, some Lifting may be required, and adherence to PPE guidelines is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Safety regulations related to inventory storage and handling.
- Proper use of PPE when performing tasks that involve potential hazards.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes, which may include some Lifting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of Safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
