Seeking enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our rapidly growing warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina! This role is fundamental to our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders by picking items from designated warehouse locations and meticulously packing them for shipment. Success in this role requires a sharp eye for detail, efficiency, and a strong dedication to quality. Key responsibilities include interpreting order tickets, retrieving correct merchandise, ensuring product integrity during packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will work in a fast-paced logistics environment where teamwork and effective communication are highly valued. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position involves consistent physical activity, including the ability to perform repetitive motions and significant Lifting of items. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training is provided. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage items for orders.
- Pack products with care to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Label packages correctly and prepare for shipping.
- Keep the packing area tidy and organized.
- Follow all established Safety rules and regulations.
- Use warehouse equipment responsibly.
- Achieve daily productivity goals for picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our overall logistics process.
