We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy and management at our Fort Worth, Texas distribution center. This critical role involves maintaining precise inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts, and investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies. You will be responsible for analyzing inventory data, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements to optimize stock levels and minimize loss. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our inventory is accurate, available, and properly stored. Familiarity with Logistics and supply chain principles will be beneficial. The role may involve some physical tasks, including occasional Lifting and movement of stock. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and warehouse Safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE , is mandatory.
