Join our team as a Material Handler in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are seeking a dependable and physically capable individual to support our **logistics** operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe movement of materials throughout our warehouse. Key duties include loading and unloading trucks, transporting goods to and from storage areas, and preparing orders for shipment. You will operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified). A strong emphasis on **safety** is crucial, and all team members must adhere to company **safety** policies and wear appropriate **PPE**. We are looking for proactive individuals who are detail-oriented and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vital part of the supply chain. Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Moving and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Transporting materials to designated work or storage areas.
- Preparing items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conducting daily inspections of equipment and reporting any issues.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Following all **safety** procedures and guidelines strictly.
- Wearing and using all required **PPE** at all times.
- Assisting with inventory tasks as directed.
