Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is crucial to our distribution operations, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and loading trucks. Your role is essential in meeting customer needs and maintaining the integrity of our supply chain. Adherence to all Safety regulations and the consistent use of PPE are non-negotiable. This position requires a good level of physical fitness and involves regular Lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on pick lists.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in inventory control activities such as cycle counting.
- Properly don and doff all required PPE.
- Perform regular Lifting of items, sometimes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical capacity for standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Dedication to Safety and following instructions precisely.
