We are seeking energetic Warehouse Workers to join our vibrant team in Miami, Florida. This is a physically demanding role where you will be essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Accurately stock received items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items from shelves based on customer orders or production needs.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification may be required/provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all logistics standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the critical importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
Your role is vital to our logistics network, ensuring efficient flow of goods. Safety is our top priority, and strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage is mandatory.
