We are looking for a dedicated Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, ensuring all goods are received accurately, inspected, and processed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include verifying purchase orders against received items, documenting any damages or discrepancies, and coordinating the timely movement of goods to their designated storage areas. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate receiving records and communicating effectively with suppliers and internal departments. Upholding high standards of workplace safety is essential, and you must consistently adhere to all safety regulations and wear provided PPE. Occasional lifting of items up to 35 lbs is part of the job. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain, ensuring that our inventory is correctly accounted for from the moment it enters the warehouse.
