Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for our San Jose, California facility. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory through rigorous counting, auditing, and discrepancy resolution. Your work is vital to the efficiency of our **logistics** operations, impacting everything from order fulfillment to financial reporting. You will work with our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track stock, manage levels, and identify opportunities for process improvement. A strong commitment to **safety** is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all **safety** guidelines and utilize **PPE** appropriately. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering processes.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports on inventory accuracy, movement, and aging.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to optimize warehouse layout and stock flow.
  • Ensure compliance with all **safety** regulations and the use of **PPE**.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with WMS and other inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to **lift** up to 30 pounds on occasion.
  • Knowledge of **logistics** best practices.
  • Commitment to workplace **safety** and proper use of **PPE**.
