Join our growing logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Madison, Wisconsin! We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our order fulfillment operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are committed to providing a safe workplace and require all associates to follow safety protocols and utilize provided PPE. This position involves consistent lifting and moving of products, so physical stamina is essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming goods.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
