We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory management for our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. This integral role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our inventory systems. Your responsibilities will include conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, reconciling stock levels, and implementing process improvements to minimize errors. You will work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with inventory management software. You will be responsible for data entry, generating reports, and identifying trends to improve overall warehouse operations. A commitment to safety is essential, and you will ensure that all inventory processes comply with safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary. While direct lifting may be less frequent than other warehouse roles, understanding and managing the physical flow of goods is important. This is a key role within our logistics framework, contributing directly to our operational success and customer satisfaction.
