Join our team in Portland, Oregon, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are searching for dedicated individuals to assist in the processing and dispatch of customer orders. This role is vital for ensuring our e-commerce operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, from receiving and stocking to picking and packing, within a fast-paced logistics environment. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Processing incoming inventory, verifying contents, and stocking shelves.
- Accurately picking items for customer orders.
- Carefully packing orders to ensure products are protected during shipment.
- Using warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, as required.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhering to all company safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Performing tasks that require some moderate Lifting, up to 30 lbs.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of order fulfillment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.
- Assisting with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Supporting the seamless flow of our logistics.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere. Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is beneficial, but we provide comprehensive training for all new hires. Come be a part of our growing Portland fulfillment center and contribute to our success!
